Carol Bishop was born and raised on a farm in North Dakota. She played the piano first as a toddler sitting in her mother's lap with her little hands covering the hands of her mother as she played the piano.
She has always enjoyed playing the piano and is thankful for the opportunities she has had in her lifetime to play the piano for worship services. She has also enjoyed playing for weddings and other special occasions.
Carol is a graduate of Fessenden High School, Fessenden ND. She is also a graduate of Minot State University with a B. S. Degree - with a major in music education and a minor in business education.
Mrs. Bishop has been teaching piano in Dodge City, KS for over 20years. She has over 40 years experience in teaching piano.
She has also taught band, elementary music and general music in the public schools. She also has several years of experience as choir director of adults and children in churches. She has served as church organist and pianist since elementary school age.
